As Black people, we have a proud history of anti-colonialist struggles. We led revolutionary movements against enslavement, European colonial rule of our lands, and apartheid.
Today, we continue in our fight against neo-colonialism, occupation of our lands as well as the continued western economic control of our natural resources.
The Black Students' Campaign has created a BDS handbook, a practical guide on what the BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) movement is about and how you can initiate local campaigns.
We hope that it will give activists the political and practical means to launch local BDS campaigns, to argue for solidarity with Palestine, and to achieve victories on their campuses and within their communities.
